How subscriptions, cancellation and refunds work.
Subscription
- You can try the Service for free on the Free plan before paying.
- A paid plan lasts for the paid period (month or year). There is no auto-charge — you renew with a new payment.
- When the period ends your account moves to Free and your data is kept.
When a refund is possible
- If within 3 days of your first payment the paid features did not work because of a technical problem on our side that we could not fix.
- If you were charged twice or by mistake.
- Refunds are made in the same cryptocurrency and network, minus the network fee, usually within 7 business days.
When there is no refund
- For a period already used or a partly used month.
- Because of trading losses, signal outcomes or disagreement with market data.
- When an account is blocked for breaking the Terms of Service.
- Pro received for free (via the exchange partner program) is not refundable in money.
How to request
- Message Telegram @m_mykhailov with your account email, the payment date and transaction hash, and the reason. We reply within 3 business days.
