By registering for or using MYKHTRADES Terminal (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

  • The Service is an information and analytics tool: market data, scanners, signals, a trading journal, educational content and an AI assistant.
  • The Service is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or asset manager. We do not hold your funds or trade on your behalf.
  • All content is informational and educational and is not personal investment advice.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity in your account. One account per person.
  • Provide accurate information. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

3. Plans and payment

  • There is a free plan (Free) and paid plans (Pro, Ultra). Plan features and limits are listed on the pricing page and may change.
  • Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency; card payment can be arranged through support.
  • A subscription lasts for the paid period. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

4. What is not allowed

  • Reselling or publicly redistributing the Service's signals or paid content without permission.
  • Sharing your account or creating multiple accounts to bypass limits.
  • Hacking, overloading or scraping the Service by automated means, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
  • Posting fraudulent, abusive or illegal content in the feed or profile, or promoting scam projects.

5. Third-party data

  • Prices, volumes, on-chain data and news come from third parties (exchanges, aggregators, blockchain providers). We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or availability.
  • Links to third-party sites and terminals are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for them.

6. Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is”. Interruptions, errors and signal delays may occur.
  • You make your own trading decisions and are responsible for them. We are not liable for trading losses, including those based on the Service's signals.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 3 months.

7. Changes and contact

  • We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes.
